Liz brings a unique
combination of marketing expertise, business experience, and deep local
knowledge to South Florida real estate. Since beginning her real estate career
in 2015, Liz has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Miami market with a
strategic, informed approach. Before entering real estate, Liz built a
successful career in New York City's leading advertising agencies and corporate
marketing departments, working with respected companies including Merrill Lynch
and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She earned her BA from Tulane and her MBA in
Marketing from Fordham. Her extensive marketing background provides her with a
distinct advantage in strategically positioning, marketing, and selling
properties in today's competitive real estate market.
A Florida native, Liz was
born and raised in South Tampa and now makes her home in Miami Beach. Her
connection to the Miami Beach community runs deep. Her husband's family has
been part of the community for generations, and the Lehrman Community Day School
was named in honor of his grandfather, the late Rabbi Irving Lehrman, who
served as the spiritual leader of Temple Emanu-El in Miami Beach for more than
50 years. This longstanding connection provides Liz with a genuine appreciation
for the history, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Miami Beach unique.
Liz specializes in
residential real estate throughout Miami Beach and surrounding communities,
including South of Fifth, Sunset Harbour, South Beach, Brickell, Coconut Grove,
and Coral Gables. Liz provides clients with a strategic, informed approach to real
estate, combining her marketing expertise, negotiation skills, and deep
understanding of Miami's unique neighborhoods to help buyers and sellers make
confident decisions.
Liz holds several
professional designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR),
Probate Specialist (CPS), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and
Military Relocation Professional (MRP). She is a member of the Junior League of
Miami and also maintains her real estate license in New Jersey.
