Dezurey was born in Miami and raised in the Dominican Republic with a passion for traveling and discovering new cultures around the world.
A Babson College graduate with an entrepreneurial drive and keen resourcefulness to successfully conquer the diverse Miami real estate market, Dezurey's vast experience in both real estate research analysis and property management is a great asset to the Brown Harris Stevens team. Dezurey took her real estate knowledge even further by recently completing a Master's in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from the globally ranked Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University. Additionally, Dezurey holds two designations to more adequately address her clients' needs: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Price Strategy Advisor (PSA).
Dezurey uses her knowledge, market expertise, research capabilities and fluency in English and Spanish to better assist her buyers and sellers. Her acquired knowledge and experience provide the tools and skills necessary to best represent her clients by understanding the different constraints that affect the South Florida real estate markets. Dezurey’s analytical approach, accompanied by data and attention to detail with personalized care, combine to help you find the perfect home according to your needs and satisfaction.
Formerly a real estate research analyst in New York, Dezurey holds dual real estate licenses in both the state of New York and Florida.
